Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality authentic Rajasthani local products. Each product is carefully packed and shipped with proper quality checks. Please read our refund, return, and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy applies to all products purchased from our website.
🔹 1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
Pre-orders, customized, and special orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be made via email, WhatsApp, or customer support with the Order ID.
🔹 2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
The customer received the wrong product
The product was damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery
The product is completely different from the description or images
Manufacturing defects identified at the time of packaging
📦 Return Time Limit:
A return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted
📸 Required Proof for Return:
Customers must provide:
Unboxing video (if available)
Clear photos of the damaged product
Order ID and details
🔹 3. Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved, the refund process will begin.
💰 Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
It may take 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on the bank or payment gateway
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
🧾 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI only
Customers must provide valid bank details for processing
🔹 4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order products
Used or customer-damaged products
Food items (such as spices, papad, pickles, etc.) if the package has been opened
Certain products purchased during sale or discount (if mentioned)
Minor color or design variations in handmade products, which are considered natural and not defects
🔹 5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available in cases of damaged or incorrect products
Exchange availability depends on stock
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
🔹 6. Return Shipping
If the mistake is from our side (damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost
If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer must bear the shipping charges
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
🔹 7. Order Processing & Delivery
Standard processing time: 1–3 working days
Delivery time within India: 3–7 working days
Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer
We are not responsible for courier delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
🔹 8. Refund Rejection Conditions
Refund or return requests may be rejected if:
The product has been used
Original packaging is not available
The request is made after the allowed time limit
False claims or incorrect information is provide
